Harris Paints was founded in 1989 by Tim & Cindy Harris, and is located on the beautiful Eastern Shore of
Maryland. We were active in breeding & showing Quarter Horses for many years prior to changing our breeding program to primarily Paints. Our goal is to produce exceptional halter and performance Paint, Pinto & Quarter Horse foals, and to give our customers the best possible service at economical prices.
