Heza Rockafella was bred to be a show horse. His sire, Mr Yella Fella, has been consistently on the leading sire's list. His dam, JMK High Maintenance has already proven to be a top broodmare. She is sired by the legendary, Zip To Impress! "Rock's" pedigree includes some of the top sires and dams in the industry.

Heza Rockafella was shown as a yearling, winning many futurities & year end high point awards. As a yearling "Rock" was also 3rd at the IBHA World Show in both Open and Amateur. He was also 1st in Yearling Stallions and Am. Stallions in the ABRA Congress as a yearling and earned ABRA Honor Roll Amateur Stallion as a yearling as well. In addition to his ABRA Honor Roll, Heza Rockafella was also the 2004 IBHA Honor Roll Amateur Stallion as well as the IBHA Reserve Honor Roll Yearling Stallion.

In 2007, after only 3 weeks of fitting, Heza Rockafella was reserve champion at the IBHA Congress. During the 6 weeks he was in training he competed in only 3 shows and still earned IBHA Honor Roll Stallion for 2007.

In 2008 "Rock" was taken back out on the show circuit and after only 30 days of fitting he earned 6 more Halter Points with 3 Grands at the ABRA Congress, winning his class under all three judges, winning champion under all three judges and also winning champion stallion overall.

Heza Rockafella has already proven himself as a sire. With a limited number of foals on the ground, the oldest of which were born in 2007, 75% of his get have already made it to the show ring and have been shown successfully. He has sired futurity winners in AQHA, APHA, ABRA and IBHA. With his oldest foals now of point earning age, they have already begun earning points in AQHA. Heza Rockafella has also proven to be a strong color sire. To date, 80% of foals by "Rock" have been dilutes, making him an excellent choice for mare owners who also want the opportunity to show their foals in either ABRA, IBHA or PHBA in addition to AQHA or APHA.
